1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Final sale or clearance items
Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

2. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable) and return instructions.

Important:

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to change of mind, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. US-Only Shipping

All orders are shipped from within the United States. Returns are also processed within the US. We currently do not accept international returns.
