Thank you for shopping at KISREL. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices for orders placed on our website.

All orders are shipped from within the United States.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Important:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed

  • Shipping carriers we use include: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Delivery times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays)


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and dimensions

  • Destination zip code

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to the carrier's tracking page

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation email.

If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed package

You will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees (if you wish to have the order resent)

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  3. Contact us within 7 days of the "Delivered" status

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.

Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.


9. Holidays

During peak holiday seasons (November–December), please allow additional processing and delivery time. Estimated delivery times may be longer than usual due to carrier volume.

We recommend placing holiday orders by December to ensure delivery before major holidays.
